He always has time for his friends but not me

He always busy with something. I understand work and don't hold it against him. Everything else are excuses. Everyday he chooses to hang out with his friends over me. I'm always ready to hang out with him but its not mutual. And now hes playing games like intentionally ignoring me when we're in a group unless he initiates banter. He asked to be with me but does this stuff it doesnt make sense. Friendships and relationships look like a lie. I regret entertaining them.
