Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I purchased HCl (20% AR), FeS (100%, chunks) and a detector and I am unsure what other equipment I need. I prefer to release all of the gasses at once. What would you recommend to contain the gas until they're at a level I can connect a CPAP system to and take a few deep breathes?
Did you think about filling a plastic bag with H2S, putting it over the head and sealing around the neck? This should be one of the simplest ways to make a lethal concentration of H2S for inhalation and keep it long enough. A transparent glass bottle can be used as the reaction chamber.
Since you're going to use HCl (I'd rather choose H2SO4), you can consider making a simple filter out of moist medical gauze that would partially neutralize irritating fumes coming out of the reaction chamber.
