Xanax is .5 mg so gonna take about 3 or 4 of those. I'm officially done. 100000% sure. I'm praying it comes today so can I mix xanax In that mixture or no? The 8 hours is gonna be agony to wait. Wish I could just take the n and peace the hell out

It could calm away the anxiety fueling you to do end things, it could make you sleepy and more accident prone, it could help make your passing easier, or have some other negative effect. I've been avoiding taking my benzos, largely because it's my anxiety about future pain that's motivating me to get this done, and i know that I need to get this done. If by "N", you meant Sodium Nitrite, I'm pretty sure there are many guides here with dosing instructions.

You still have to wait at least 8 hours in between taking the antiemetic. Its mostly for that in between time

I have been, religiously, which is precisely why I asked about the benzos, I haven't read or seen anything about people using benzos

Yes, N would be my first choice. I'm only trying to point out that unless you research and prepare properly, sometimes even the best methods can fail. I suppose it's just me but I wouldn't use any method without knowing exactly how to ensure a successful exit and avoid waking up here again.

Benzos aren't for the sedative part (they don't put me to sleep) there just there for the in between part of me taking the antiemetic and then the n to hopefully make that 8 hours past faster

The "8 hours" concept applies to the *non* stat dose.
When doing the "stat" dose, the procedure is to take 3 x 10mg tablets about 40 minutes before taking N.

So if you're going for the "stat" method, then a sample timeline would be :

15:00 eat some tea and toast or something light - helps reduce vomiting risk
15:20 take stat dose of antiemetic 3 x 10mg meto
16:00 take N

So you don't need any 8 hour delays.....

I think the Xanax is a good idea, as you said, just take while you are waiting.

I'm pretty sure the antiemetic regiment is exactly the same for N as it is for SN. In both cases you are taking them to lower the risk of vomiting before taking a really bad tasting substance/poison your body may reject. You can either do the 48h regiment where you take the AEs every 8 hours, then 30mgs about an hour before or just a stat dose which is the 30mgs an hour before. Look at Stan's SN method he has it all laid out there. Also of course you want to fast 8 hours as you stated. I believe in the PpH it says Dignitas insists people do the stat dose but we all know from the failure/successes here that the 48h regiment seems more reliable, although that's mostly from the SN Goodbye threads, not N.

I've been here since August of last year. The one thing I didn't read or couldn't find much on was the stat dose for n. I collected what little data I had and figured it was the same 8 hours like it is for sn
I read a bit of the pph but not cover to cover. Ive read through some threads where a user said it was and when I looked I couldn't find it
