I received my bottle of SN and this past Saturday I opened the bottle a few times to prepare some drinks with it and never took them for various reasons. My question is, has the SN degraded into nitrate from exposure to the air, or is it still OK to use to ctb this coming Saturday (a week later)? It is 99% pure. I opened the bottle several times and left it open anywhere from a few seconds to maybe a minute or so, I don't remember exactly. I don't think I can get anymore so I'm hoping it will still work. Can someone please advise?

Bitcoin (BTC):Ethereum (ETH):Monero (XMR):I don't know exactly how this works, but I read somewhere that the half-life for converting sodium nitrite into sodium nitrate is 80 days- so 80 days after exposure to air half of it would be converted. So it should be good for a while still. You would think any coverted would be on the top, so scraping some off the top and not using this could help. I can't guarantee this is correct, since I only found this information from one source.
