Help has anyone used this SN source?

hi, i recently found a source (not US/EU) that's able to ship SN to my country. says 99% but i'm not sure if it's legit and if the packaging is discreet enough (SN is not legal here)

without giving too much away, does anyone have any experiences with this source?
