I want to try, but I'm not convinced yet about the effectiveness of this method and there's hardly anyone who has used swb in this site to ctb.
There are existing posts on swb. Browse through them all, they talk about it in very detail. Latest post talks about swb with gas asphyxiation. It says it can help achieve unconsciousness within 20-30 seconds..
As per what i have read on this site. If you can hold your breath for really long, then you may be able to ctb using swb. Also, hyperventilation helps.Similar threads
