  • Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

So, that's my new med I will be taking from tommorrow. I want to ask if any of you has taken it and if it was useful. Also did it have any strange side effects? Thanks in advance for all the answers.
For me, i got misdisagnosed and the meds triggered psychosis. got pretty bad mania/delusions which lasted for three months :,(

I'm on this now and have been for about 4 years. It calmed some of my panic symptoms.. and weirdly, it was only after I began taking it that I became actively suicidal. It was like I stopped fearing dying and embraced it as an answer to my problems. The NHS dumped me onto sertraline and never check how I'm doing on it. I feel they just dole it out like sweets to anyone who says they are feeling depressed.

Zoloft/Sertraline in conjunction with Diazepam as a tool in the proverbial tool box (not taken every day) have helped to get my suicidal levels of tinnitus induced anxiety under control.

The fact I joined this forum is a testament to how bad it got. I don't want to say I'm fully out of the woods but I'm optimistic for the moment.

I was put on Sertraline after my Citalopram stopped working, not that it did much anyways.

It was horrible, complete amnesia, headaches and my mind was shattered worse than it is, stopped and had no side affects but my memory took months to regain.

I was going through days in what felt like one second, time skipping.

I took it for a few years! honestly it was a miracle drug for me; it helped so much with my depression. unfortunately my body builds up tolerance for drugs after a couple years of taking them so it stopped working, but while I was on it, I didn't have any negative side effects.

I noticed no difference with zoloft.

I had multiple increases of prescriptions but it never worked for me. The biggest side effect I had was being tired and losing a ton of weight, so they had to change it. I'm sure everyone is different though.

I started taking it, but soon found that although I could still get as hard as ever, I couldn't cum, so I stopped taking it, and within a couple of days was cumming again. But everyone's different. I took Prozac for two years, like all SSRI's a notorious desire-deadener, but it never had this effect on me.
