Discussion Has anyone successfully obtained Nem from overseas?

Hi all,

Since it's impossible to import a nembutal through online purchase, i live in nz, our custom is one of the strictest in the world, you can't even import seeds, let alone N. I'm thinking if anyone here has successfully bought it from overseas, south east asian countries like indonrsia, malaysia?Thailand? There are alot of animals dark markets there, there must be N available somewhere.

I think all the N you still seem to find online is a scam and just people trying to rip you off

You'd be better off buying the lab equipment, and learning how to synthesize the chemicals yourself… compared with how much money you'll lose trying to find someone who will sell you the real thing.

Unfortunately i'm not a scientist, and it must be hard to do, anyone here who's a scientist?
I'm just thinking of going to indonesia and tell the vet there that i have a dying pet at home inz, not sure whether this scenario will succeed or not? And if they ask me, why don't you do it in nz? And i'll just tell the cost is too expensive and i live far in rural area. If i got it, i would just rip off the label and put it in drink brand bottle since the colour is clear, custom would think it's just water. What do you all think?

Indonesia is a corrupt country, you can bribe anything as long as you know who and where to get it from.

sorry i just found this reply after scrolling out my notificatuin. this is just for education only, some vet clinic in jakarta have bad veterinarian that allow you to use pentobarbital at home if you pay large sum and with reasonable reason. personally i wont go that far, its difficult to erase tracks to obtain that substance since it was strictly regulated. in case you did obtain it, if you try to hide during your arrival in au/nz airport and the custom found the item you prob can be detained

Are you from Jakarta? Indonesia? Do you know which vet? if i got it there, i wouldn't risk bringing it back to nz airport i would ctb there since i was born in Indonesia, i know anything can be bribed there…

I'm not a chemist, if it was that easy to synthesize, I believe most people would have done it already : )
