Why is this Domperidone (and Dom Perignon, for that matter) so damn hard to get? Isn't it simply an anti-emetic? Why is it so restricted? Isn't it a safer option than Meto?

I think that since it got so popular most of the pharmacies tend to see it as a red flag, probably recent CTB cases exposed a previous usage of that, or else the medical world is already pretty ahead of us in term of research so probably they already know how useful Domperidone can be to contrast SI or vomiting.

If you are in the UK can't you try and get it off your doctor ?

Try complaining of migraines with terrible nausea. They may not prescribe an ae right away but maybe if you long game it they eventually will.

I can't post sources in a thread but it's one that is available in most of Europe. However I got Meto through that website and simply asked my family doctor when I was there for a different reason to also prescribe me Domperidone just in case I might get nausea. Nobody will suspect you are going to commit suicide, so don't worry about simply asking for it.

I guessed you was from UK when you used the term 'dabs', heard it in terms of speed/MDMA

Yeah, i don't think theres a way of knowing that someone is suicidal unless they display symptoms of depression or suicidality.
