it's been almost a month since I ordered and the package stopped moving once it reached my city a week ago. He has not wanted to send a replacement package, asked me to pay again if I wanted another package. At that point, it would be $200 with no guarantee it'll arrive.

This is why I'm so reluctant to buy another package from him. It's been almost a month since my sn arrived into the US. If I were to buy more, who's to say the same issue won't happen again? Are you thinking of another method to use if you don't receive your package ?

He's very anti-refunds or sending another shipment. Have you tried whatsapping him? You should say that other people in the US have reported issues as well.

He told me—prior to me purchasing—that 99% of packages get through to the US successfully, clearly not true.

I messaged him a lot, and he finally caved and said if the package doesn't arrive within 30 days of shipment, he'll send another package. Since yours is more than 30 days, you should def say something.
He also said it would be better to use a different address, but I don't really have spare address and I don't want to mail it to friend's homes

I guess our timing was really bad, but I'm confused on why we're not getting our packages and someone else already has? You'll still have to pay for your second package even though he said he'll send another after 30 days? I'm just worried that the same issue will happen, plus I don't have a second address to use unless I used a p.o. box

Be nice, but firm. $130 is a lot of money, we should all get what we paid for. If it's been over 1 month and a half, your odds of getting it are not great. And it seems like the majority of the people in the US are not getting their packages.
he is pretty responsive. Obvs he's just trying to milk as much money out of you as possible and he'll probably try that with you to see if he can. Don't give in.

There are other sources, at least one in the US but yes DMC is the big one.

I already said it and he emphasized that he wants his customers to trust him and he doesn't abandon his customers. And also that he doesn't understand why we voted for Trump.

$30 is the shipping price. It's suppose to be express shipping. But it's not.

It's a lot of things mixed together. And there's going to cuts made to the USPS, so delivery will def go down hill from there.

And with all the antipathy towards Ukraine and frankly bonkers decisions like stopping aid and intelligence, who's to say Trump isn't going to do something petty and deranged like stop all imports and exports to and from Ukraine.

I just got a call from the post office, they said the package is lost and to file a complaint and ask for a refund.

Somehow I don't think I'll be getting a refund or a resent package from DMC. It's very much like a gamble to order.

He said another package will be sent after 60 days. He didn't specifically say "For free" but the way he phrased it sounded like it will be? A P.O. Box will suffice as a second address. He really told you 30 days? :0

He initially told me to pay another $100 upfront to reship the lost package and he would "waive" the shipping fee, so it would *only* be a total of $230, instead of $260. Also no guarantee if the reshipped package will arrive. I guess if it failed to arrive a third time, he would charge me another $100, like I'm an idiot.

I kept pressing him for a timeframe, and he eventually said 60 days for a *free reship* and now 30 days after I really pressed him.

I think you should tell him that it's been over 30 days, the package clearly isn't coming, and others have had similar issues. Ask if he'd be willing to make an exception, because $130 is a lot to lose for something you're not even receiving. Especially when most US people haven't gotten their packages.

Honestly, I'm getting really frustrated, especially with how he's trying to squeeze another $100 out of me just to reship. If he's making a living selling poison to suicidal people, he could *at least* be ethical about it.
I can't even start a missing package claim without his address or a photo of the package. And now he's just ghosted me after I told him the post office called me and told me to ask for a refund.

Tbh, he will probably just ghost you after 60 days or tell you to pay more money, because he thinks all Americans are rich idiots.
