Has anyone from India booked their cremation from a funeral service provider? What was the process like?

Recently I had contacted a funeral service provider named Noble Sparrows. We set up a deal and they asked for my government ID for verification purposes. Once I gave them a pdf copy, I never heard from them again.

Did they think I was just fucking around, or I was too young for a funeral? (I'm 25 btw). I mean i told them that I was ready to pay.

Can someone from India help me out with good funeral service providers, who'll arrange my funeral irrespective of my age and all the talk is going to be either through messages or calls

Brother... Making arrangements of your own funeral while being young... You are lucky you live in India and authorities don't care that much otherwise he would have reported you to authorities for suicidal tendencies.
