I'm looking at applying to Dignitas and would like to know other peoples' experiences with them or a related organization.

Not with dignitas, but I found a psychiatrist is willing to explore (and if I meet the requirements eventually give) euthanasia. It's a long process, but he is really nice and I trust him. It's also really fckn scary and emotional. I'm still not sure if it's not easier to do it myself

In my country you need three separate doctors, and if they all agree that a person is suffering and all other options/meds/therapies are exhausted they will give you permission
