Hi, what I meant was I thought there was a separate device called an Exit Bag which didn't require any other equipment, but perhaps I made a mistake. Now I'm wondering if the Exit Bag refers to all the different equipment that we've already discussed. I'm guessing if that's the case then it worries me that something might go wrong if I do this process by myself.

from what I gather the exit bag is the bag you make that goes on your head and thats all.

Vizzy, I assume the gauge reads lpm as i can't read it can you. I bought it anyway if thanks to you. Also MDb stop selling their regulators overseas as of 2 days ago

did you buy for the aus/,nz fitting? welcome to send pics.....might just need a easily bought adapter
