My healthy lifestyle consists of taking a multivitamin, vitamin c pills, eating food with low sugar, drinking water, and avoiding the sun (because it's evil).
I also take a multivitamin (ED obliges), what kind of foods do you eat specifically ?

I'd go with tretinoin since that seems to be the key ingredient to glass like skin. Be warned your face might start out looking like crap in the beginning.

Also it's expensive af in states which is why I plan on ordering from alldaychemist. The tretinoin is from India but according to lot of reviews it's the same stuff you get from the states only cheaper.

As an older ugly girl I heavily disagree with you so don't speak from a place you aren't in
I have a facial disfigurement. I'm well versed on facial issues and I'm not young, but I respect that we have different perspectives.

Cereal with low or no sugar. That's about it. I eat enough to maintain my weight.

Nothing but cereal ?
A roll of tortillas sometimes if I want a protein boost. I don't like eating. I wish I could take a pill like in Willy Wonka that was a full meal.

Oh I forgot to mention avoid coffee. The dullest my skin has ever looked in my life was when I was an avid coffee drinker.

Sounds very anorexic lol. Whatever works for you. 👍

Fruit, veggies and vegetal protein are important for skin and general body care though. Good thing I like them. I do like cereal like müesli, fruit porridge and oats too but I find it slightly harder to restrict on sometimes. I think I massively avoided omega 3 and 6 foods for the longest time because fat scares the heck out of me and that backfired because they're also essential I guess... I was dumb.

Impossible ! I love coffee too much. Can't take that from me. I don't drink, don't smoke, don't do drugs, but I must have my coffee !

Nice Coffee

I do drink decaf most of the time (so I don't end up with a heart attack) and Dr Dray (dermatologist, @Foresight I got hooked lol ^^ ) seemed to mention that it was actually beneficial. It's never affected my skin negatively personally thankfully.

It's really driving me insane how bad my forehead in particular has gotten in the past 2 years with the plandemic's wholesale destruction given how I haven't lived my youth yet and I need to rejuvenate no matter what in order to have any chance at becoming beautiful. I'm 32 right now and feel more like 25 at most...

And I sincerely think, like Howl, that there is no point in living if I can't be beautiful (not imposing that view on others, just how I feel), and that means young. I don't think there's anything superficial about caring about your incarnation AND the rest. It may not be important to everyone but it deeply is to me and that's perfectly legitimate. So I'm adressing people who understand that.

I'm actually getting more suicidal because of this and I don't want this to end me and take away any chance at living I may have.

Anti age products and beauty treatments aren't doing anything so far, I absolutely can't afford any plastic surgery or filler sadly.

My energy and finances are so low regular exercise is complicated, but I'll take suggestions if it helped. I was thinking of looking into Qi Gong maybe to re-ease into exercise but I'm still overwhelmed and barely functional because isolation, existential rejection and a toxic environment have made my bulimia spin out of control, so any kind of progress is extremely daunting because I'm so exhausted and brain fogged most of the time (therapists / doctors don't help btw). I still try to eat nutritionally dense foods whenever I can but I can't seem to sustain it or restriction yet and always go back to BS out of despair and exhaustion. I drink a lot of water though.

I ordered vegan collagen and a hyaluronic acid serum, I'm also thinking of buying face cups but since the main issue is extreme stress, and the only way I have to deal with that is essential oils, some things I like and the very occasional connection I get I feel like it should be targeted specifically but don't know how so if you have any positive experience in getting rid of stress caused oxydation I'd be extremely grateful ! 🥺
YES! You will be glad to hear that I have found that not wearing my glasses so that I have to squint to see everything, surrounding myself with liars, abusers and gaslighters and keeping the news on 24 hours a day, especially things like fox news and reading mostly rag mags keeps me in a state of upheaval on an almost continual basis while totally destroying any sleep that could be possible, has given me several great big HUGE forehead chasms that run my entire oversized forehead due to stress causing my hairline to recede, giant crows feet, deep trident marks between my eyes and deep sagging jowels from the constant frowning and crying.......trying to feel better I shut off the news, blocked and removed from my life every other human being except for my husband, true story, started using Rick Simpsons Oil, 50 mg to sleep every night, restarted my regimin of washing my face with only cold water unless I am showering and then I only use Noxema on my face and began using L'oreal Revitalift after washing or showering, but MOST importantly....while washing, while rinsing, while putting on the revitalift, at least ONCE a day, but better when twice....I massage my face in a certain way....always using fingertips, UP and towards the ears from the chin up and out the cheeks to the ears, using index fingers and thumbs continue onto the lobes and rub the lobes while flexing the flash (my ear lobes even got wrinkles so I do this), using both index fingers, starting at the bridge of the nose, go up and outward at the eye brows to stretch the area between the eyes where Neptune like to leave three very deep trident looking dents between my eyes, again, starting with your four fingertips between the eyebrows, go up to the middle of the forehead then while stretching the skin of the forehead, move your right hand to the right and your left hand to the left, do this at least three to five times, finish with a stretching of all your fingers up and out into your hair line in short circular motions, you can either start or finish the entire face massage by using one hand or the other, placing the crook of the thumb and forefinger under your chin with the fingers and thumb outstretching to your ears, tilt your head back and stretch your skin DOWN your neck as you run your hand from your chin down your throat to your collar bones and hold tight for a count of 10, do this three times, on the third time, while keeping your hand holding your skin tight, bend your head down so that your chin rests on the crook of your thumb and forefinger, open your mouth by keeping your chin on your hand and tilting your head back, take your head all the way back into a backward tilt, while keeping the skin taught, then while still looking up cont to 5 then, close your mouth in a big wide gaping stretch to a close, tilt your head forward again and repeat the tilt open stretch close three times.
No, I do not look like I am 20 years old. I am 59, five months ago when I started this, I looked like I was 70, really, after only a couple weeks I started noticing my jowels firming, now they are gone, the lines between my eyes are still deep, but I still refuse to wear my glasses and am ALWAYS squinting to see everything, ut glasses give me a headache and bother my autism, so I prefer to squint and have trident marks I cannot get rid of, the deep chasms across my forehead are lines and only two of them show the third has almost disappeared, my crows feet are still there when I laugh and smile but are barely visable when looking at myself with a relaxed face. Yes, I would love to have a 20 year old body and face, especially now that I know what to do with it and would have no compunction to use to my entire and full advantage, but alas, I have found that I do not have to look like I am 70 when I am not, I can actually pass for in my forties now, in only a few months. I am not exaggerating here and being totally honest about what I am using, how I use it and what my results have been. Do I think it is the L'oreal? Probably not. I think it is the massaging, you want to know why? Because there has been a couple of weeks that I was really depressed and did not do the massaging despite still taking showers and washing my face and using the cream and in that two weeks, though my skin still did not look dull and grey as it had before, my face was looking tired and very much like a Sharpei, that very wrinkly dog, started massaging again and the tiredness, puffiness and deep chasming again smoothed out and refreshened my look. Do I still use the L'oreal? Yes, because when I ran out, the age spots and freckles darkened and my skin became dull and greyish cast. So, for ME, the massaging and the L'oreal product works great, I also drink plenty of water, eat lots of veggies and TRY to sty away from wheat and sugar as these thing cause me to break out, yes, at 59, I STILL get little white bumps, pimples and blackheads from sugar and because I am celiac, when I eat wheat I get chicken skin on the back of my arms and hard white bumps on the skin at the corner of my eyes and temples. WATER WATER WATER, drink it, wash with it and nothing else, do NOT use bar soap of any kind on your face, bar soap is microscopically too large and will clog your pores while deepening wrinkles, only use cleansing creams or if you can tolerate it, Noxema, even the Walmart Equate brand is okay. Due to the eucalyptus in it, it does tingle and some people cannot tolerate that, if you can use it, keep it out of your eyes obviously unless you want to learn some new dance moves, but that tingle will give you nice pink rosiness that implies youth.

Thanks for your contribution (though please make use of paragraphs as it's extremely difficult to read).

I wish I could visualize better the massages you suggest. If you have a video that'd be helpful.

According to my research there seems to be various things that can help different people.

I'm glad that you managed to improve your skin. 👍

I personally am 32 and look 25 to most people so obviously our experiences differ and kudos to you for looking 40 now, it's admirable to keep working on yourself at that age. I don't have a husband either so I envy you. ^^

I currently have nobody in my life and must meet people so I can't really control who I'm going to encounter but I try to develop firmer boundaries and avoid negative people, though that's not necessarily easy especially when I struggle to meet anyone at all. I can't really control the state of our society either and that's a struggle. I hope I'll find a safe path through everything that is going on now...

I really need to find a better appartment and get a job too.

I was joking about it because anorexics often eat a very limited diet, sometimes one type of food ^^ It was just funny to me. I wasn't suggesting that you were obviously.

I wish I hated food sometimes...

It means you're healthy. For now anyway. Humans can get away with a lot for a long time. It's good that you're taking multivitamins then.

I feel this. I quit it all but not coffee, me and my ugly ass skin has things to do haha. I do want to cut down dependence though. I might switch to mostly macha green tea.

It's a rare occurence so your disbelief is okay with me. I wasn't really speaking to convince you in particular of anything, I just wanted to state some thoughts for anyone who reads this thread.

Vitamin C might also help with the neurological effects of depression and stress. Robert Sapolsky at Standford mentioned it in one of his lectures and I've been taking it too. Who knows.

Is there a point in taking it on top of a multivitamin that already contains vitamin C ?
