Omg it sounds like u might be the black sheep of your family. If that's the case it is best for u to ditch your toxic family as soon as u are able so u can begin to heal. My narcissist mother pulled that same shit. Her and my bro the golden child went back to Hungary she said she was going to pay for me to go with them but then when they are leaving she asks me why I didn't have the money? Like that gas lighting bullshit they do? I didn't know what gas lighting was or bait and switch. Yea sounds like u will have to cut yourself out of that and start your own life away from those people. Thankfully you are only 30, there's still time to have a happier life. As the title suggests, it's my birthday.

I'm alone, pissed off &the more I think about it, I can't wait until my time is up.

My plans have changed &I need to support another person before I can go on. This person means the world to me &I would do anything to make them feel better, though on the other hand I am finished with this life. I'm so angry right now that I cut myself &felt no relief, so now I'm just laying in bed watching All the Bright Places for the 3rd time this month so I don't feel so alone with suicidal thoughts...

That's generally how I relax these days, but when I'm stressed enough or feeling low enough, even it can't pick me up.

@Final Escape I just realized I never answered your question. I've acquired injuries over the last 5 years- over &above ones I already possessed. So I'm entering a new stage in my life struggling with chronic pain. Two lady diagnoses resulting in 10 guaranteed days of pain per month; back pain, neck pain, hip/knee pain (on the same side), nerve pain throughout my body (when it's real bad, I can feel the nerves in my face), difficulty standing for longer than 20 minutes, pain while walking, difficulties sleeping due to pain.
