Please refrain from spreading such misinformation. Hanging is one of the most misunderstood methods, and a lot more than "hanging" goes into a successful and peaceful attempt. The PPH only deals with methods such as gases and drugs as they're meant for older seniors. More practical or hands-on options such as hanging may not be suitable for the elderly.
