I bought rope. The thickness of the 1 millimetre. She squeezes my neck too hard during the hanging. That hurts. What can you put under it, so that the sensations were not so unpleasant? To achieve maximum comfort.
I'm going to do it by touching my toes to the floor.
What can you give more advice?

I would think placing a scarf between your neck and the ligature would ease the pain of direct ligature contact. You could use a scarf, or even a t shirt (cut a nice strip from an old t shirt for example).

My plan is to use the night night method, which is similar in the sense the pressure is on the neck. It's advised to place some type of cloth between your neck and the ratchet straps. So, with hanging, I'd think putting a scarf or old t shirt between your neck and the ligature would make it more comfortable.

Are you sure you mean 1mm? That's very thin. 1cm perhaps?

Try lubricating it with soap. Somebody here suggested it.

That's to coax it to tighten smoothly. Not a bad idea in addition to padding it with a sock or scarf or something.

On the cabinet. I'll wrap a rope around the closet, attach one end to the horizontal bar, located in the room next. The second is Lynch's noose. Wardrobe high enough to hang myself without touching toes sex, can partially touching.

I don't get it, but good luck, hope you find peace and I hope it works

Look into something like this....
A rubber or PVC foam hose.... Has to be comfy, like a U-shape collar, from ear to ear... Run the rope through it.

I haven't bought it yet, but I will. And will try out, because I'm in the same situation as you...

Let's see. Some ideas. Washcloth. Cut piece of towel. Buff multifunctional Headwear. Which you could just get the same result in cutting a leg off from an old pair of sweatpants, and that way you'd have a neck collar thing. T-shirt material. I've seen some people suggest 1/4 of toilet paper roll for windpipe. Pillow case if used as hood. And I wonder how well rope inside passed through bicycle tubing would work. Hmm.
