hanging questions

i plan to do full suspension but im scared i wont be able to find my carotid arteries. so how do i go about make sure i place the rope correctly ? im reading old notes i had & it says place it high on my neck. im a female so i dont have an adams apple to map it out.

I'm trying it too. Nice and high, relax, your throat collapsing is no big deal because you'll get be out before you need to breathe. Don't swallow.

do i put the rope above my adams apple? is that it or is there anything else i need to do

I've been having the same thoughts. I keep reading about putting it above your Adams apple but am also female....I think in FSH mature will take its course and it will automatically go higher (I read that was better than lower).
