Ive been testing with the noose, i use noose know with the knot at the back of the neck, just under the jaw. when i pull on it i feel my pulse really strong and i feel my head and mouth feel like there bursting, is it the right position? will this happen when i do it for what 20 seconds then black out?

Yes its correct and in my case while testing I couldn't even count to 10 and was nearly unconscious. Make sure when you test to tighten the noose on your neck and then make the test then you'll get near unconsciousness very fast.

should i tighten it as much as possible then just jump or walk down down then kick away the steps? Im glad i decided this method instead of jumping

I will do it like this: i'll tighten the noose as much as possible and place it just like you did with the knot on the back side of the neck in the middle and the noose above adamsapple. Then I plan to press my body down so that i'll create force on my neck I'll do that until i get near unconsciousness and then i'll step off the ladder. My goal is to minimize the moment where i'll hang fully and am still concious and feel the pain of my whole body weight on my neck as much as possible.
