I can pass out quite consistently in 6-7 seconds, with an anchor around 1.5m high, and leaning forward with my knees on the ground, while keeping my body from knees to head approximately straight.
Once I'm passed out however, the rope (which is tense) pulls me back. So I find myself below the anchor, without enough pressure, and I wake up.
For people who are squatting and putting downward pressure, there are no problems I think (because loss of consciousness and muscle tone has you putting even more downward pressure).
However, how are people leaning forward continuing to lean forward and pressure their neck after passing out?
An idea I had was to kneel on a ~50cm object, and try to fall from it as I lose consciousness. Any other idea, or any "official" solution? The wiki wasn't very clear why leaning forward is supposed to work until death (especially when already in kneeling position)
