I've seen something similar on Liveleak where the guy had sprayed a lubricant on the floor maybe vegetable oil or something like that which made him slip and slide and unable to stop him hanging himself

What do you mean? It's just a strangulation method, it doesn't require much weight or any drop at all. I've seen a suicide from a wall heater.Similar threads
