i didn't notice that. but i don't think it would be hard to replicate.
if she is wearing a special thing, then the point of it would be to make sure her carotid artery gets pressed, right?
which is how you pass out fast, but putting pressure on the carotid artery.

but if we can't find that specific collar, then it can be replicated with some socks around the throat, i've heard.
