today i had a few minutes where everything was fine, i felt very confident, music was hitting again, i could imagine myself as the best possible version of me, was planning to buy new clothes cos i felt so good. Then 15 minutes later, everything came crashing down. I honestly love when i have a high like that, but nowadays they dont last as long as they used to. If i had a high even 60 percent of the time i would be unstoppable.

Happiness is always fleeting. That's the problem. It's what makes life so futile.Happened to me the other day too. It was sunny and I could actually feel the sun and hear the sounds of nature and enjoyed it for a bit but the crash afterwards does suck.
