• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I miss running a lot but the good thing is I am no longer in danger of face-planting on a treadmill when what I am listening to makes me laugh.
I know that feeling, lol
I haven't run on a treadmill for a while, I usually to a locsl park to get in the grass. I just realized it's been years since I did that though. One more thing to add to the routine.

Also be patient for the first week or two - you will ache a day or two after
4 days later and definitely feeling this. I'm being lazy about variation, doing a lot of the same stretching and low-impact cardio: push-ups, flutter-kicks, and something we used to call monkey-f**ers (from a standing position, grab your ankles without bending your knees. The rep consists of bending down, rear to floor and back up, twice). Maintaining balance for those can be tricky, so bend your knees slowly to get used to it at first.
As @ConfusedClouds said, proper form is more important than number of reps.
If you like variety then another version of that is with a deck of playing cards.
Got the cards out but haven't used them yet.
Thanks again for the feedback.

Haven't hit the gym as much since they're still packed, I'm down 30 from the where I was back in June. I've taken up running, might do a 5k maybe. I'm like forever stuck at 135-140 lmao

I might have to change gyms or pick a different sport soon to get my dopamine levels back up.

I actually broke a sweat today because I have finally worked up to an endurance level where I can row long enough to get a workout. Did a 2k in 11 minutes, which is really slow but I am trying. 😤
