Are there any guides to CTB, specifically coming to terms with it, and dealing with SI, written by people who actually succeeded? I knew someone who sort of side stepped into the big sleep "accidentally on purpose". Anyone know how to make that work? I'm looking for resources written by people who actually succeeded, it seems like only people who already put themselves to sleep really know, and they're not around. It's a catch 22. In short I'm looking for an instruction manual, written by someone who succeeded, about overcoming the SI, by practical or psychological methods.
