Hey there,
I had known from earlier a seemingly good hypnotherapy recordings product on Amazon, courtesy of Mark Bowden, a licensed UK hypnotherapist. It includes 3 recordings all in all, run-of-the-mill quality, especially considering you normally pay for products like these, coupled with a low availability of similar recordings. At least those interested can expect to benefit more than they would watching regular YT videos.
Some degree of professionalism is necessary for this type of product to even start selling, no type of therapy gimmicks like prolonging, rhetorical questions would be included. I hope this will be in the first order of thoughts for those of you skeptical and not convinced. An audio recording is also unlikely to bring about side effects unlike medicine.
Mark doesn't stand out at least at first sight, I hope this can be useful to some of you, should you be able to create a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. Give It a try, as a disposable solution if nothing else.
Introcutory recording is mandatory. The daytime and bedtime recordings are 30 minutes each. I am posting them there as I found them uploaded on YT and available as a playlist. You don't have to worry about supplemental material, all that is needed is laid out in the introduction.
