I'm guessing he's not a celebrity as in actor/director/entertainer so it must be some historical type figure.. That picture a
looks early 1900's so I'd say it's somebody born in the 1800's. And that's all I got for now.

with some historic figures its really hard - darwin was also only with the wasp hint - his face isn't really familiar for me
