Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Is 500 meters high enough? Thrilling death for only 240 euros.

if a person is on the chute with you please don't traumatize someone else for your own decision.
find a better way like jumping off a bridge over a mountain pass

The aeronaut is likely trained to grab your shirt or foot the moment you try to crawl over the gondola.

I have already done many hot air balloon rides and I assure you that there is no time to stop a person who jumps from the basket into the void.

I think a man fell to his death from a hot air balloon seven months ago, but the death was not being treated as suspicious.

It is true. You can always leave everyone in doubt. No one can say with absolute certainty that it was suicide.

It's not my problem because I suffer from vertigo. My question is different and concerns the guarantee of success of the method.

Terminal velocity is reached after about 450 meters. You will not reach higher speeds after that.
There's no guarantee when jumping, though. People have survived higher falls, but it's rare. 10.16 km

This sounds like a guaranteed trauma and legal trouble for the person operating the balloon. Would not recommend at all. Even as for lethality, falling on anything but hard concrete seems risky to me.

The minimum recommended height for CTB by jumping is 200m, but don't try to do it that way, you could fall on top of a tree which will cushion the fall, this way you will traumatize those nearby.

Don't try this.
