My biggest worry is Failure. I am very ill and have Severe Chronic Pain. If I fail, they will put me in a Psych Ward. I cannot be in one period. I have to take Kratom like 6x a day to survive.
I'm pretty sure they wouldn't let me have Kratom there. It would be severe torture. I simply cannot fail.
I was thinking I could take an Uber to the Grand Canyon and jump. A vertical drop from the Skywalk is between 500 feet and 800 feet. That is far enough beyond any shadow of a doubt correct?

Can't imagine otherwise. It looks like a crowded spot with lots of families.

Ironically I could see myself jumping out of a plane at 15,000 ft. For some reason that 1 minute of free fall would be tonic and I would also know that my free fall velocity would gaurentee a fatal impact on ground.

A 500 to 800 foot drop would also (should) do the trick, but a part of me would always be suspicious that I would somehow survive, some kind of dumb-luck and I would not achieve ctb.

Same here i've already had mini strokes, Heart Attacks and many seizures. Just my luck I would survive. Maybe I would drink SN then jump. Just to make doubly sure I die.My body will just not give up. ugh. It would be nice if I could just die in my sleep after the crap life i've had.

I've been addicted to kratom for years, I have to take it every 4 hours or else I get pretty severe withdrawals. I've probably spent easily over 1000$ on this addiction, I started using it to cope with pain and bpd but eventually I got extremely reliant on it, now it doesn't really help me and I just take it to avoid withdrawal.

There is a way to get clean that isnt painful. I suggest going to a drug rehabilitation center where they can prescribe you something like suboxone, which is also used to get off bad heroin addictions. Tapering with suboxone is 20x easier and it basically gets rid of 90% of the bad withdrawal effects, I know this because I've done it myself. It helped me get totally clean.

...unfortunately I relapsed after a month of being totally sober because It's just too easy to use drugs as a way to cope with my problems.

Theres no way I can even think to get off it. It manages my burning pain when nothing else can.

Like I said people can prescribe you stuff to help you quit cold turkey, I know how it feels to be in alot of pain 24/7

Even if you want to get back on kratom after a while it would still help because your tolerance will be reset and you wouldn't have to take as much to feel good.

I'll also say that suboxone is a lot better because it lasts for around 24 hours and helps with pain alot, I can actually eat while on suboxone unlike kratom where I purposely skip meals just so I can keep feeling effects

I don't want to it's the only thing that works. I never had this problem with Kratom that other people talk about. I don't get irritable like my husband does if he doesn't have it and I don't feel any effects other than my pain melting away. I have never needed to take more than one teaspoon per dose. I really feel nothing on Kratom. I have never felt high off it, which kind of sucks lol. Good to know about the Suboxone if I ever want to get off it. I do suspect its messing with my hair quality.
How much does Suboxone help with your pain vs Kratom? About the same? My pain Dr. Was talking about Suboxone.

Suboxone feels about the same as kratom when it comes to pain relief but i think it's all dose dependant, I have 8mg sublingual tabs but only take 1mg of it and it really helps. I'm sure if you took a higher dose it will be wayy more effective than kratom.

Addiction will happen if you take it long enough tho but thats a given

If I am not mistaken, there is a certain spot at the Grand Canyon that is isolated and a popular spot to ctb. Maybe look into finding that spot?

I respectfully dispute the addictive power of kratom. I have used it occasionally, but never found myself in an addictive cycle with it. I would suggest Canna as an alternative. Many confuse it with cannabis; it is not cannabis, but is a South African flowering plant that has a potent anti depressive effect. Go to Arena Ethnobotanicals for data on Canna.

I think you should do some research first. When I researched this, I found how many feet it takes *reliably*, and the tallest bridges in the world. People have survived jumps from 4 story buildings.

I hope you don't do it after researching it and finding out that at least the Golden Gate has or is getting nets(which could cause injury), and a lady fell a few miles in the sky and still survived (added for legal reasons)
