I have SN, Metoclopramide, Propranolo, Paracetamol (Tylenol), antacid (store bought antacid tablet calcium carbonate 1000mg per tablet).
Now it just matter of when I will proceed.

There was a online prescription service that has real doctor and able to prescribe it to me.
