Got a call from Indian police and been asked about my mental health

just now got a call from railway police of kerala state of india to me (i'm in tamilnadu state)

they asked me if i'm facing any kind of issues. they told me to be positive and reach out to them if i'm having any issues.

should i be scared? i have SN bought online from SD source (it is not available anymore, i got it nearly an year ago). what should i do to escape my ctb plan getting ruined?

Is it illegal to possess SN where you live? If not, you have nothing to worry about.

I live in the States where it is not illegal to have, but illegal to sell. I see people on here worried about wellness checks, but unless you live with your parents or something, they are nothing to worry about. The wellness checks are purely a community service they are providing and since it's not illegal to have, you haven't done anything wrong.

It's not illegal to possess but there have been many cases in India of people poisoning each other with it. So I think it would be heck of a pain to explain in front of police why you have it.

Not sure how things work where you are, but in the states I would go with no explanation. Here even though it had been used to poison people, since it is not illegal to possess, even if they ask you would be under no obligation to answer their question and cannot be penalized for not answering.

they did not tell me how they got my number. they asked me if i'm going through anything bad. they said i can reach out to them if i need help regarding my life issues if i have got any.
