I have started the stan guide to SN and will be looking to ctb tonight at 8pm. Im posting this now so im able to focus on the next steps later on.

Hi wll just a quick update - i have just been ill and feel extremley nauseaous. I did have a stomach bug a few days ago but i guess im not completley over it. Ill have to postpone until my circumstances allow me to try again. Thanks for your support. As frustrating as it is i would rather wait until i know i can execute the plan properly

Thank you everyone. Up until i was sick i was doing ok but the fasting part of it wasnt easy. Just gutted i got so far with it then had to stop
