Get a tray if you have one to help with spilling. If you snort chunks itll still work but slower absorption and will sting like a bitch so powder is ideal

If you have an oral syringe. Put it in water then insert it up your ass. I'm not joking
Also put the credit card over the rock and force it down crushing it

Regarding the crushing of substances like cocaine or in this case, Fentanyl: place the rock(s) in the crease of a folded piece of paper, or even a dollar bill. Press over the paper or dollar bill using a coin or some other rollable or slideable small object. The paper being folded will keep the rock contained as it's being crushed into powder, vs trying to cut it using a credit card or even a razor blade in open space (ie on a table top or counter, or even a tray) and having pieces fly off, etc.
