hello all for me the end is near i leave the 18th or the 24th depends on the sn i only go with sn and ibuprofen when i wake up again then i take beachy head as the 2nd method
but i still have questions about the sn i will follow the regime of stan de german
is it safe that i don't do a test, have sn from ic
and when should I drink my 2nd glass immediately if I vomit from the 1st or if the 1st is completely finished and I vomit then the 2nd bubbling?
2:00 p.m. fasting begins (eat)
8:00 pm 600mg ibuprofen
20:00 fast starts (drinking)
22:00 25g SN in 50ml water
if there are any experts here just give tips
