I have to say that with yours, you are definitely a person I've gotten to know a lot more than others.... And I almost don't want to say anything other than.... actually I don't even know what other than I'll miss you if you do. I've grown attached to having you around.
So much else seems like influencing, and I don't want to do that given the gravity of the decision, or cold and that's just not right.

I always enjoy your posts. Selfishly but genuinely, I had an "Oh no!" when I saw the thread in the feed. You make positive impacts. I will feel your loss here. This sounds like a win-win - you either ctb or get help - but I fear with this method there is a significant danger of a 3rd scenario where you survive but with irreversible long term damage.

I hope that has been seriously considered and mitigated as much as possible if you are proceeding. We all want the best for you.
