Story Goodbye and some last questions

Allright, so this will hopefully be my last day. Im doing SN, i already have gone through the 48 hours of antiemetics, so I am just going to wait til night.
Then I will take another 20mg of antiemetics for good measures (primperan) , 3 * 75 of ranitidine ( ranitidine) and then 40 min later around 15 m grams of SN in 100ml water. Ive also been fasting today.
Unfortunately I dont have any benzos or anything like that which I didnt know could be helpful, but hopefully I can deal with the headaches/nausea..

Some questions though,

1. I've read that taking acid regulators such as ranitidine may cause dizziness, and I was wondering If I should mix the SN and water before I do the ranitidine (which I plan to do 40 minutes before the SN). If not I will mix it together later and then consume it.

2. Should I mix the SN and water with a spoon, or should I just pour them together and let it stay until I consume it?

i am takin ranitidine every day and experienced no side effects.
spoon d not be a problem i guess.

I would mix the SN and water with a spoon as you want to make sure it's dissolved into the water properly before you consume it

Medications tend to have different side effects for each individual; you could have tested a stat dose to see if you had any unwanted side effects first but since you're doing it today that's probably not an option

You did mean 15 GRAMS, and not 15 milligrams, right?
