Will this tent work? I can't find a Regatta tent. This one isn't thick. Could I cover all interior surface areas with trashbags to help? Screenshot 20230923 132940 Chrome Screenshot 20230923 132945 Chrome Screenshot 20230923 133353 Chrome

I will be using this one, as a member successfully CTB'd with this tent. Just looking at it though, it looks tiny.. wonder if they used a 3 man instead of 2.

I don't know much about tents, but anything that makes it air-tighter is suitable. You may consider a tarp covering the tent as well.

I need something I can get in person. And the shipping for that one will be after when I need to ctb.

I'm in the US, and do not have a way to get a shipped package. My options are very limited. Its hard to find a tent that's well enclosed with low ventilation.

Any thoughts for this tent? There isn't any stats on the level of waterproof, so I can only assume it isn't anything special. Again, I could try lining the inside of the tent. Also, I'm worried about being able to set this up on my own. It isn't a pop up.
Would this be good to seal seams and trashbags to the interior?

Any tent can work. You're going to need to seal the mesh with some kind of substance, like a flex-seal. Gutter sealant will wok, too, and it's cheaper and comes in gallons, also. You can go over the seams with the same sealant. I'd throw a tarp over it, too. It's good that the floor is attached, as that makes sealing much easier. You can line it with trash bags, or plastic sheathing - anything helps. The biggest thing you can do is make sure you're generating enough CO to get the level up to at least 10000 PPM and keep it there. You're going to lose some CO when you enter the tent after reaching the appropriate level of CO concentration.

How are you calculating how much charcoal you need for a tent this size to reach high levels of CO? What type of charcoal will you be using?

This is what I came up with for amount of charcoal. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Tent is 42inx60x76= 191,520 in3 which is 3.13 m3

3.13x135=423.6g which is .93 lbs?

And I double that? So 2 pounds of charcoal. That just doesn't seem like much.

I finally found one... $70 for shipping, it should be here by the end of the week.
