Good practice for SN?

I am wondering what you could take that would be good practice before taking SN? I tried 25g of normal salt in 50ml of water. It was quite horrible but I drunk it quickly and after swilling it down with a mouthful of water it was fine. I got recommended some very spicy food but all that did was burn my tongue and lips.

I can't think of anything else.

I don't really understand what you mean? SN is not something you can practice. The only thing you can do is to prepare for it mentally.

I mean is there any food or drink you can practice with for the taste. I saw another thread about someone drinking 25g of salt with 50ml of water.

Did you say the salt in water was disgusting and you felt like throwing up? I did the same. For me I thought it was ok.
