Good anchor points

What's a good anchor point that could support my entire body weight? What have you guys planned on using?

the house i live in is poorly built so anything in it has a high probability of falling off if i ever tried to FSH myself but i have these coily/curly looking stairs outside the house the leads to the roof (like the ones in these photos but instead of the balcony it leads to the roof)





these stairs they look secure and reliable, and those vertical pillars on them i can choose one to anchor the rope
what i really like about them is i can adjust the height however i want with all these options, so it being too long/too short is not an issue i can just climb the stairs and anchor it to a good height where i can reach it while standing on a chair

Test the rope bearing your weight. Put your foot in the noose and stand on it, pushing down to test weight bearing capacity of both the anchor point and the rope.

Once you know it can handle the weight, the main issue with outdoor hangings becomes privacy. Is the area visible by neighbours? Do you live with other people? These types of things.

My location I intend to hang myself is on some trails which have been closed off from the public for maintenance. You have to jump a fence with a no entry sign to get there. For added security I intend to do it at like 3 AM when no one would be walking through trails. I would wrap the noose around a large tree and then just do my thing.

For indoor I think the best is structural supports. If you have an unfinished basement or something like that with exposed beams in the ceiling that's probably a good option. I've seem people talk about pull-up bars too. Doorframes are structurally one of the strongest parts of a building, and pull-up bars are made to hold the weight of a reasonable person. This would most likely limit you to partial suspension though, unless you're very very short.

i'm unfortunately 2001 lbs. Jokes aside I don't live alone, so preferably it would be in my room/closet which only has dry wall/ceiling fan and a bar in my closet but that would only work partial and i've heard from others that it isn't very successful.

I set it up while I was living with my mom, I just drilled it in when she was out. I found the joist by stabbing the entire ceiling with thumb tacks until I found wood

Did you end up not going thru with it or was the method faulty in some way? I want to be sure it is going to work this time. May just end up going with SN but likely whatever is cheaper and more likely to be successful.

Before I could go through with it I got alcohol poisoning one night and got carted off to the ER, they stuck me in inpatient for detox because apparently I was an "alcoholic" and while I was there my mom found all my shit. She called the ward to let them know I had a method and shit all set up ready to go, and also to kick me out of her house so I couldn't go back there when I got out. The plan was good, the circumstances messed it up. What can I say I love my booze lol.

A remote forest will offer both sturdy branches and privacy. You only have to carry something like ladder with you. Put a rod in your noose and make some chin ups. This way you will test the strenghts of you setup. If your feet don´t touch the ground in the up position, you can be sure, that you will hang full.
