I'm so sorry its come to this but I'm gonna have to force myself to drink the sn regardless of how I feel. Once I've got it down nothing should go wrong. (No risk of being found) unless i ask for help but that's unlikely (i hope). I had quite a heavy meal just before midnight so I've technically fasted for 15hrs now
