Hey,

So I've decided that my time has come and after doing some research i figure partial suspension is a relatively sure way to go without much equipment. I thought about jumping in the subway but after going there and sitting in the trains i realized they put on brakes twice before even entering the station so the chances of dying would be very low unless you managed to get your hand on the third rail and also get hit by the train at the same time. Would not recommend for others using this.

So my plan is partial suspension and i have some questions:

1. what kind of rope should i get? I will buy one tomorrow so any advice will be useful.
2. Whats the best knot to tie? I tried out the slipknot using a scarf but i am unable to induce unconsciousness, is there any advice on how to practice?
3. Whats the chances of survival? I DONT want to survive the first attempt and end up in a fucking mental hospital or some shit. I will do it when noone is at home and plan to tie one end of the rope to a door knob and throw the rope over to the other side and use position 3 from the picture in the resource thread.

1. what kind of rope should i get? Anything that doesn't stretch I believe
2. Whats the best knot to tie? Slipknot
3. Whats the chances of survival? Death is nearly certain if done correctly and no one stops you

How do i practice this before i do the actual thing? I want to be able to induce unconsciousness on my own so i know im doing it the right way. Should i just tie a knot and pull it up with my own hand and see if i pass out
