going to CTB very soon

i'm going to ctb soon. The next few days, I know im not around here frequently but this is truly a place of refuge. The place where I live is medieval times. Which females are still very discriminated, with a long history of abuse I decided that it is time to cut it short. After years of chasing after SN and never found luck. I changed my method to jumping from the 6th floor in a mall. After two failed attempts by hanging, And I hope it's fatal enough, Because it's my only option at that point. I wish everyone the best, and im grateful really to be here.

Try to find a higher floor and if not try to land on your head so you get higher chance of success.

I'm sorry life has brought you to this point. It's awful that you have had to deal with such discrimination.

I'm no expert- jumping isn't my prefered method- but- may I ask- have you researched this? Are you sure the height is enough? Maybe 6 stories in a mall is higher than 6 regular stories. I honestly just don't know- I seem to recall most people saying they will jump from higher. I'm not trying to use scare tactics on you. I just genuinely don't want you to end up making things worse for yourself. Hopefully, some more knowledgable people will come on soon. @Ambivalent1 - do you know? I know you are considering jumping. Is there a megathread?

There is a megathread. People have died from lower heights. I prefer very high and not on concrete. I cant imagine smashing into it.

Jumping megathread

As a rule of thumb (For almost 100% sure, immediately death): 100m (~328 feet) with landing on a hard surface. 200m (~656 feet) with landing on water. I wouldn't recommend anything lower than this. Maybe you would die too, but it probably will take minutes to hours. The risk of "rescue" is...

From what I've read that height is usually not seen as being high enough, if I had the courage for jumping I would try and find somewhere quite a bit higher but anyway it's a personal decision deciding what to do. But anyway that really does sound so horrible what you've been through so I hope you find true peace and freedom from your suffering, best wishes.
