I am going to see my mother and two sisters next week for a week. I want to tell them bye, but I dont want to tip them off. Suggestions?

Then if money permits, set up a certified letter delivery for the day of your death.

I would just try and make them happy and make yourself be happy for their sake. At least they will have another happy memory of you before you go. As ink blot said express your feelings for them and show them that you love them.

I will try. It wont be sad or anything I just want to tell them but i know that will make me fail

I agree with the suggestions just to try your best to have a good time and express your love for them. I imagine it will be tough, but as much as possible, focus on being in the moment with them - even if you get distracted sometimes. You have peace of mind in knowing what you are going to do, after all.

If you can't post a scheduled letter delivery, you could set up a scheduled email (I know it's very impersonal) or leave the letters themselves sealed in envelopes, although others might want to chime in as I've heard sometimes these get taken for investigation? If they're far away enough that you need to take a trip, you could just post them normally.

I hope i have an appetite while I am there I miss the food from the south. I havent really wanted to eat the past two month.

Southern food is so great and comforting, I have been lucky to have some before and I miss it. I hope the smells and textures help rouse your appetite a bit. <3
