Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I'm sensing sarcasm with the no drugs but honestly... if you get that perscription trazodone... KNOCKED TF OUT. Gone. 12+ hours of sleep. Falling asleep in 10 minutes. Shit's unbelievable.

Benadryl or hydroxyzine if I'm having a really hard time sleeping. I have to depend on "drugs", though they're perscribed.

I depend on prescription clonazepam for my sleeping problems. It doesn't take effect immediately, but when it does, I get to experience a long and peaceful sleep.

Haha no I genuinely would rather avoid drugs/medication/supplements. I have pain in my gut that appears to get worse with the use of a lot of medication, even weed seems to stir it..

Very aggravating as a lot of my old coping mechanisms are gone.

I do often dip back in when I'm desperate but I've been trying to work on ways to mentally switch myself off, but it's definitely not easy.

Got to sleep eventually last night for about 3-4 hours but it was a lot of work getting there.
