You have very little chance of this succeeding (down a conventional route at any rate). As soon as ten lost their lives during Matt Hancock's reign as health secretary, they've been hot on this. Anyone who lives in England, should know how quickly they clamp down on anything and pass new laws like sweets. I mean we're woke central, PC perfect.
