As far as I know, for people no, for companies maybe. Most people just order from IC which is a company abroad and has to be shipped through customs.

Got SN from IC to Finland, no problems with customs.

I'm also interested. If anyone can get SN in Norway please send me a message. I talked to someone who ordered from IC in January but has been MIA since. Guessing it was either successful or they changed their mind.
