How am I able to find a source for SN specifically in Ontario. I know there are countless posts asking the same question, but they seem a bit old or are outdated, so I am wondering if there are any new reliable sources?

Which countries did you buy from?

You may want to try going into local butcher/meat shops. I'm in Quebec and on a whim I walked into one the other day and inquired about SN, and much to my surprise, they not only had it, but they then sold me 150g for dirt cheap ($1.50). If they don't know what "sodium nitrite" is, try asking for "red eye" used for sausages.

The only problem is that they didn't know what the purity was, so I don't really feel safe using it. I will definitely test it though.

Does DMC not ship to Canada? I'm also from Ontario and I would just prefer a different option because DMC costs like over $200 cdn but was thinking of using him as a last resort

I'm pretty sure it does but it's kind of difficult to pay (for me at least) since i tried almost all the methods and something always goes wrong. Its not the sellers fault, more like the payment things he uses because they always give my money back or the transaction is failed. not sure why, but mybe theres an issue on my end but idk

Oh, I must have done my conversion wrong. Yeah I just checked 100usd is 140cdn but I thought PayPal, Airbnb, etc methods all charge an extra fee. What payment method did you use? And yeah that postal strike is a shitty situation

When did you order it? From what I've seen here it takes about 10-12 days to arrive. I hope canada post doesn't delay it too much. I just put my order in.

DMC reliably ships to Canada, however its through the mail. It obviously will be delayed due to the postal strike.

I got mine from DMC to a PO Box in western Canada. No issues whatsoever.
