I need help how i can get out of the ward as fast as prossible. i dont want to be traumatized even further. what could i tell the doctor so he lets me go home?

i think i say that im not suicidal anymore and i just wanted attention and then i realized how many people care about me. i would never kill myself. is that a good idea?

They usually expect people to say things so they can be discharged quickly so will keep watching them. Unfortunately they know so those tricks. Depends on your attempt too and how serious it was.

Yes, absolutely that's the only way out. Sometimes just keeping a distance from staff. As they write reports on you. Like one woman told me about a guy who was stuck there. He decided to just keep as quiet as he could during his stay. Since all behaviour is documented.

Just play their game. Go to all their activities, shower every day, talk to the other patients and slowly get better in their eyes. If you suddenly started doing that out of nowhere, they'll be suspicious. Idk whether bugging them to leave would make them more suspicious?

Yes, exactly that!
Plus anything else you can think of that makes you appear calm & stable.
Be sure to avoid/walk away from any conflict or anything that might trigger you into any behaviour/s which they may consider unstable.
Don't constantly bug them (that will make you appear unstable) but ask politely once a day to see the doctor to discuss discharge.
I hope you get out soon.
