full suspension

I can't get partial to work. I have some fat on my neck that is preventing me from closing the carotids I think. Anyone have this problem or know someone who has? Has anyone been unable to pass out from full suspension hanging?

I imagine full suspension if left long enough you will be unconscious. It's just how much is one person willing to persevere through the time. I don't know how long it takes. But I imagine 3-5 minutes of could be, in the air could feel like a long time
