Hi, this is my first post here after just lurking since I joined.
I've pretty much decided on full suspension however I'm having trouble finding an anchor point. After reading through a couple of threads I had the thought of using a dressing gown rope, throwing it over the other side of the door and attaching it to the door handle there. My main issue with this is that the rope isn't long enough to go over whilst leaving the actual noose on the side I plan to do it on or will the door support my weight (I'm quite small, only 5"7 and don't weigh alot since I have a fast metabolism), I considered tying another rope (something like a scarf) to the dressing gown one which would give me enough length to do it, my main concern with this is what if the 2 ropes separate due to poor tying or something like that...
Any advise would be really appreciated, hanging is pretty much my only option as I can't get SN, no high places near me and I'm too empathetic to do the train method...
